Project Manager – Atlanta, Georgia, USA | Works

Houser Walker Architecture is looking to add an experienced project manager to our studio, someone who will work directly and collaboratively to lead the development of projects ranging from $10 million to $40 million.

This is a salaried and exempt position. Salaries are commensurate with experience and ability to create value for the studio. Candidate will need to reside in or near Atlanta as the position is a work hybrid.

For this position, we are ideally looking for the following experience:

A professional architecture degree is required. Licensing or registration is not a job requirement, but is highly desirable.

A solid portfolio, including built projects that have been directly managed.

A minimum of 10-15 years of quality experience, preferably with experience working with forward-thinking, institutional and workplace clients. Experience as a project manager for civic or workplace projects over $10 million should be noted.

A history of project leadership, including leading multidisciplinary consulting teams through complex, challenging, fast-paced projects. You will be responsible for moving the entire team through the process.

Excellent communication skills, both with clients and with internal teams. This includes design concepts, graphics, written and verbal communications.
